On December 31, 2025, Ruko’s US business was acquired by Rynoblade Knives, another family owned and operated knife company, owned by the Nicholas family. The company has moved its operations base from the Toronto area, to Scottsdale Arizona. We intend to build on the excellent reputation Ruko has achieved over its decades in business, as well as continue providing excellent customer service to our partners, and consumers.
